Let's bake a nice, tasty and healthy pie with apples and pumpkin!
It’s a lush and delicate pie, it melts in your mouth. It is very easy to cook. The piece of pie looks spectacular thanks to the orange pieces of pumpkin.

Ingredients:For a form 24 cm:
- 3 eggs;
- 180 g of sugar;
- 130 g of wheat flour;
- 2-3 medium sized apples;
- 150 g of pumpkin;
- 1,5 teaspoons of baking powder;
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon;
- 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
Apples for this pie are better to take sweet and sour, green or yellow varieties: Golden, Granny Smith. And the muscatel pumpkin, because it is is sweetest and brightest.
Wash apples, peel from seeds and cube fruits.
Also cube pumpkin with a side of 1 cm.
Cover baking pan with oiled baking paper.
For the dough, beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer for 3-4 minutes, until the mass will become thick and lush.
Sift flour with a baking powder into a whipped mass, add the pinch of cinnamon.
Carefully mix in one direction, on a circle from the bottom upwards.
Now add apples and pumpkin into a dough and mix it again.
Pour the dough into a form, spread it with a spoon and put in the oven.
Bake at 180C (356F) for 40-50 minutes.
If the pie already have a golden crust, but is raw inside, cover the form with foil and reduce the temperature to 160-170C (320-330F).
The pie is ready when its top is brownish-golden. Pierce it with the wooden skewer: it must remains dry.
Let the hot pie cool in the form for 5 minutes. Then open the form and carefully shift it to the dish.
