It is very easy pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, even a child can make dough for them.

Ingredients for 30 pieces:
- 250 g pumpkin puree;
- 300 g flour;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- ¼ teaspoon soda;
- A pinch of salt;
- 125 g sugar;
- 100 g butter;
- 100 g chocolate cheeps;
- 1 egg.
For the most delicious taste you need to choice the brightest and sweetest pumpkin deep orange color. Cube it (to get 250 g puree take about 300 g fresh pumpkin) and stew it with a little of water to softness.

Then cool and puree stewed pumpkin by blender.

Sift the flour together with soda and baking powder into a bowl, add salt and sugar.

Mix and add cooled butter.

Grind it and add egg and pumpkin.


Add chocolate chips or small pieces of chocolate and stir to homogeneity.

Put the dough into a fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 190 C (374 F). Cover oven-tray with baking paper and spoon out portions of dough in 2-3 cm apart.

Bake pumpkin cookies about 15-20 minutes.


Put the cookies on the dish and let them to cool a little.
