Do you want something homemade sweets for tea? Let’s bake a yummy, quick and healthy chocolate drop cookies! It's will take only 10 minutes to cook and 15 minutes to bake.


Yields: 15
Cook time: preparing 10 minutes, baking 15 minutes

Ingredients:

- 150 g of wheat flour;
- 90 g of whole wheat flour;
- 70 g of white or brown sugar;
- 100 g of butter;
- 1 tablespoon of honey;
- 1 large egg;
- A pinch of salt;
- A pinch of vanilla;
- A half teaspoon of cinnamon;
- 0,5 teaspoon of baking soda;
- 100 g of chocolate drops.
Grind or blend the soft butter with the sugar. I usually grind them by a spoon, but you can use mixer.

Add a tablespoon of honey and grind again.

Add an egg and grind/whip yet.

Now add two sorts of flour together with soda, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. This combination of species will make your cookies especially aromatic! It is well to sift wheat flour with soda, then soda will be distributed evenly in the dough. The whole-grained flour isn’t need to be sifted.

Stir it all, add chocolate drops (or/and raisins, dry berries) and stir again.

Preheat the oven to 180C (356F). Cover a baking tray with baking paper. Form cookies 3-4 mm thick by your hands...

...and put them on the tray at a distance of 3-4 cm from each other.


Bake the chocolate drop cookies during 15 minutes.


Move the cookies to the plate by spatula and let them to cool a little.

Make tea and enjoy!
