This is the tastiest and the best chocolate cake recipe which I have ever tried! Dark chocolate cake with cocoa powder and pieces of chocolate is one of my favorite desserts for tea:)
Just bake it, and this delicious cake will become your favorite too!

It`s very easy chocolate cake, and you’ll get an excellent result even if you just start baking.

You may bake this cake in a ring form with a hole 22 cm in diameter, or in round baking pan 22-24 cm; also in rectangle pan for a bread 10x17 cm.

Cook time: preparing 15 minutes, baking 35 minutes
Ingredients:

- 3 eggs;
- 150-180g of sugar;
- 200 ml of sour cream;
- 70g of butter;
- ¼ teaspoon of salt;
- ¼ teaspoon of baking soda;
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder;
- 200g of wheat or spelta flour;
- 2-3 tablespoons of dark cocoa powder;
- 50-100g of chocolate drops.
- 50 g of dark chocolate;
- 2-3 tablespoon of milk.
Shake up eggs with sugar by mixer or whisk, or even by spoon.

Add sour cream and whisk again.

Add melted butter and stir.

Then sift to the liquid mix all dry ingredients: the flour together with baking powder and soda, and cocoa powder. Add salt and stir properly.

You’ll get an aromatic dough of saturated chocolate color. Add to it a handful of chocolate drops.

You may take a bar of chocolate broken into pieces.

Stir it again and pour into baking form, that sprinkled with vegetable oil.

Put into the oven preheated to 180C (356F) and bake during 30-35 minutes. The cake is ready, when a toothpick goes out from the dough dry.

Let the cake cool a little in the form, then put it on a dish.

To make the glaze, you need to melt chocolate pieces with milk on a water bath. Put pieces of chocolate into small pan, and this pan put into other, larger pan with water. Put on stove and heat, look that the water doesn’t get into chocolate. Add some milk (or oil) and stir. The density of glaze depends on the amount of milk.

When the chocolate melts, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Then pour the cake with glaze.

Cut the chocolate cake into pieces and serve for tea or cocoa!
