An excellent idea for a breakfast - delicious Canadian pancakes with maple syrup!

Kids and adults like those yummy pancakes: they are tender and aromatic!

This is the easiest pancakes recipe, so even a kid 10 year old can cook it (if you will heat the oven!)

Useful and tasty maple syrup is a magic complementary for the dish. However, you may pour on the pancakes with honey or jam.

Ingredients:

For 12 pancakes:
- 2 big eggs or 3 small;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- A pinch of vanilla;;
- 200 ml of milk;
- 130 g of wheat flour;
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder (10 g);
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (or melted butter);
- maple syrup.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Add sugar to the whites and salt to the yolks.

Then beat the yolks with mixer 30-60 seconds and pour in the milk.

Sift the flour with baking powder to the dough, stir with a spoon, then blend with mixer.



Clean the whippers of mixer and whip whites with the sugar up to soft peaks, during 4-5 minutes.

Divide whipped whites in 3-4 parts and carefully mix them into the dough. It will became lush and airy.

Fold the oil and stir carefully.


So must look the pancake's dough.

Heat the dry frying pan. The best is the pan with ceramic coating. Or you may use the cast-iron pan (oil it a little before baking the first pancake). When the pan will well heating up, lay out 2 tablespoons of dough and form a round pancakes diameter as a saucer.

Bake it on a middle fire until the bubbles and holes will appear on the pancake.

Then invert it with a food turner and fry until golden-brown color.


Take the pancake off the pan and put it on a plate.

When the pancakes will cool a bit, pile them and serve the puncakes with maple syrup.

Pour they on with sweet amber maple syrup, it will look very attractive and tasty!
